Jordan-Bryant

Hello my name is Jordan Bryant as you would of known otherwise you would not be here right now looking at my website, anyway about me:

I'm 13 years old and I'm from Bristol in the UK my main interests are computers, photography and graphic designing.

I started to get into computers at 6 years old when I was in primary school when I saw the ICT technician take a computer apart and I looked inside and I wondered, I just sat There for a few minuets all that technology I was thinking look at all the wires and cables (at this point I was already into wires and electronics)  from that day on I have always been  messing around with computers and any technology really. Then at seven we bought our 1st computer in 2002 that I still own today and use sometimes, the spec of this machine is an Intel Celeron 1.0ghz Processor with 128mb of SDRAM 20GB Hard drive and an ASUS motherboard, still  works perfectly fine, does need the occasional tweak but it stills runs like a good. =D.

Every year I started to play around with it taking it apart seeing what would happen, how would it function without certain parts (I do this as I'm a kinaesthetic learner - it means I learn by doing things).

As time went on in years 4-5 in primary school I used to go into ICT lessons and help students with there ICT lessons, teachers really appreciated my help and so did the students you can guess why the students did and the teachers were glad because they cant help 5 people at once going "Sir Sir help me" or "miss miss Help me please" so I used to do that every other week .

In year 6 I had a teacher called "Mr Trimble" he was not very good with computers, anyway he had a windows 98 SE pc in the classroom hooked up to a interactive whiteboard, and one day he bought a memory stick and the system did not have the drivers so I spent ages looking for the memory stick drivers for windows 98 SE, after a while I found them and fully installed them into the root system.

Still talking about year 6, near the end of the year  I started to work with a town council (south glos) computer technician called Alex and I helped him do upgrades on the pc's and fit new pc's and servers into the school and format them and hook them up to the network on a windows 2000 server machine.

In year 7 I started secondary school at a brand new school only a year old  and only one year ahead of me so only year 7 and 8 were in the school when I started a couple of years ago my tutor had a bit of trouble with here computer/laptop and I was always willing to help her out. whether or not it was teachers or students.

Still during year 7 I asked my dad to have some pc parts for my birthday so I wrote down all the parts I wanted to build my first computer  and then we found out about computer fairs and one just started in our city, so we went on down and bought the parts and then I put it together, it worked I was so pleased and I did not even use a book to build it.

Now I'm in year 9 and I'm evolved in setting up a new game server/online gaming/web hosting/team speak hosting company that will hopefully be big! =)
